Newtek Technology Solutions, Inc (“NTS”) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, SIDCO, LLC d/b/a Cloud Nine Services (“Cloud Nine”) has merged into NTS, a wholly owned portfolio company of NewtekOne, Inc. (Nasdaq: NEWT).

For over 20 years NTS has been providing 100% private and custom high-performance, hybrid, and multi-cloud solutions and services, at web scale for tens of thousands of customers across 100,000 domains in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Operations are geographically distributed across several mission-critical data centers to meet almost any application proximity or in-region data-residency requirement or common disaster recovery use case.

With this merger it allows us to provide a comprehensive network of integrated services that will better serve our customer’s technology needs, which will enhance our already strong position in the cloud technology market.

As of January 1, 2024, Cloud Nine will be referred to as Newtek Technology Solutions, Inc., our team will continue to maintain the same high-quality professional services you have come to expect from us. Our goal is to provide the same exemplary service and value our partners have come to expect.
